Graycard Terms of Use

Graycard is licensed, not sold, under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, with these additional terms from SideSwipe Labs. Where they conflict, these terms govern your use of Graycard.

You own your photos and everything you make from them in Graycard. We never see your photos.
Graycard never modifies or deletes an original file. Proofs are written only to folders you choose. Back up your cards and proofs; Graycard keeps no copy.
Auto-cull flags and Graycard Auto grades are suggestions. Review them before you deliver.
Graycard Pro only lifts the limit of 80 unique proofs. Every tool stays free. There is no free trial.
Monthly is billed every month and Yearly every year until you cancel. Lifetime is one payment and does not renew. The Mac App Store shows each price in your currency before you buy.
Monthly and Yearly renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in the App Store under Account Settings. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Family Sharing is included. Restore Purchases is in the app.
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple through the Mac App Store. These purchases are also covered by Apple’s standard EULA.
