Pressbook Support

Tap "Restore" on the paywall, or go to Settings → Subscriptions → Restore.

Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Pressbook → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Force-quit Pressbook, reopen, and tap Restore on the paywall. If still missing, email pressbook@sideswipelabs.com with your Apple receipt.

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Go to Settings → Pressbook → Photos → All Photos. Limited Library still works but hides photos you didn't grant.

The full-resolution version isn't on your device yet. Tap the photo and wait for the download to complete.

Quality scoring filters out very low-quality shots. You can manually add any of them via the editor.

Notifications must be enabled at the OS level (Settings → Notifications → Pressbook). The capsule still unlocks on its date. Open the app to see it.

No. Once any finished piece (album, collage, or carousel) is sealed as a Memory Capsule, it stays sealed until the unlock date. That's the whole point. Choose your unlock date carefully before sealing.

Open Share on any finished album, collage, or carousel. Private invites go to people you choose and include full comments plus reactions. A public link is open to anyone who has it, with reactions only. You can switch modes without losing who you invited. Guests open everything in Pressbook through your iCloud.

Open Share on a collage or carousel and choose Reel. Collages become a layer build-up; carousels become a continuous swipe or build reel. Albums do not have a Reel tab (export PDF, images, project file, or share a live memory instead). Rendering continues if you leave the app briefly. Reels are free for everyone.

Use 300 DPI for sharing and 600 DPI for print only. Or share as a .pressbook project file (smaller).

The free tier includes a watermark. Upgrade to Pro to remove it.
