Common questions
- Where are my photos stored? On your device. Pressbook never uploads them.
- How do I export a print-ready PDF? Open an album → Share → Export PDF. Choose 600 DPI for print.
- Can I edit a Memory Capsule before it unlocks? Yes, until you finalize. After finalizing, the album is sealed until the unlock date.
- How do I cancel a subscription? iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Pressbook. We do not control subscriptions; Apple does.
- I lost my Pro entitlement after reinstalling. Tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen.
- The app crashes when I open a large album. Force-quit, reopen, and email us with your device model — we will help.
