Fia Terms of Use

Fia is licensed, not sold, under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, with these additional terms from SideSwipe Labs. Where they conflict, these terms govern your use of Fia.

You own what you log. It stays on your iPhone, and in your own iCloud only if you turn sync on.
Fia does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and it is not a medical device. A fertile-window estimate is not birth control.
Cycle tracking, weeks 1 to 4, Today, one routine you build, export, Discreet Mode, and the app lock stay free. Weeks 5 to 12, the longer workouts, and extra routines you build are Fia Plus.
Fia Plus adds traditional practices, your patterns after two completed cycles, and a summary you can share with a clinician. There is no free trial.
There is no single worldwide price. Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime each show their price for your country in the App Store before you buy.
Monthly and Yearly renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Lifetime is one payment. Family Sharing is included. Restore Purchases is in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple.
